At Solomia Home we are dedicated to exceptional design work and top-quality furnishings. Our commitment extends beyond handover: we support you at every step of the project.

Furniture supplied through our projects

• Full-priced furniture can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
• Customised or made-to-order furniture has a 14-day return window from the delivery date.
• Discounted furniture can be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a restocking fee.

Defective items

If you receive a defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you, even outside the standard return window.

How to initiate a return

Contact your project manager or write to [email protected] — we will arrange inspection and collection.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
